There's a saying in the boating world:

"Never step DOWN into a lifeboat."

Meaning being "as long as the ship is still afloat... stay on the ship."

Nothing that ends in a question mark ever qualifies as "BREAKING NEWS!"

I know this topic is all but dead, and we'll just wait for Amex to fix their glitch, but I got charged the "fee" for loading my Serve at the register this afternoon. So it doesn't seem to be specific to Kate. (I thought I could avoid it...)

Damn it, I knew I should have waited to do my reload. My account was charged the 3.95 x 2 loads during today's load.

Argh. Got struck with said fees.
Kate didn't mention fees, only the receipt showing balance and online.

Serve is quick to remedy.

They did say there is an issue on Walmart's end after talking to an "Account Specialist" and that they're aware of the issue.

I never said OP was crazy.
The people who are crazy are the ones thinking the house is about to burn down.

Uh.....check this out. You didn't specifically call out the OP but that is the theme of this thread created by the OP.

You sure about that?
