Had the same issue and posted in the prepaid thread before I found this. Glad to know it wasn't just me.
Wife loaded 2x$500 on Serve and 1x$500 on BB at Kiosk on the 11th and both Serve loads were affected.
We will call later today as it still is not resolved.

BB or Serve? People have tried using the registers and the fee still applies. Although apparently in some areas people aren't getting hit with the fee, which doesn't make sense.

Oh, and the 2nd reason is that I do not need to deal with the "workaround", which I know I will mess up a lot and draw attention to myself. No need for workaround with the Kiosk
