I don't think it's possible to start browsing from a CB portal and land on a page selling Simon Mall GC's (as would be required for tracking). Actually Simon Mall GC business itself works somewhat like a portal, as it redirects you to their page on CGM.

I tried to order vgc from wl.giftcardmall.com but found that the back door link is closed... Not sure it is a IT glitch or BH closed permanently, any insights?

Noticed the same. Too soon to tell, I think. Would be a shame if the back door is finally closed.

The website seems to have order >= $2k to be sent by priority mail with signature required? Is it really delivered like that (in other words, i need to make sure to be home to receive)? thanks

I have changed my billing address on both my credit card account and GCM account and still was not able to place an order. I get the same error message as before.

IME, every order that has ever come from gcmall.com, has Always required a signature.

Order approved, still not tracking from TCB, order was made last week, approved I guess sometime over the weekend by GCM, was hoping to track on TCB within a day of that.

Does GiftCardMall allow split payments between 2 or more credit cards?
That would allow combining multiple orders and minimizing shipping charges.

has anyone been successful in buying VGC from GCM again, after being blocked by them previously?

my history - i manage to buy VGC from them beginning of the year, and the cards were delivered to me. then subsequent times (i just attempted 1-2 sporadic orders based on my whim since then) were not successful. diff email, diff cc, diff etc all cannot force the order to go through. what would happen is that order confirmation email would arrive, then followed by another email indicating order is cancelled 12-24 hours later. i know this is a common problem cos GCM is very trigger-happy, but has anyone is successful in overturning this issue to their favor?

since i have free time today, i just called GCM and they asked me some security question. but after that, they said i failed some verification system process and they cannot tell me the reason why the system failed me, and they also cannot over-turn the decision in order to process the order.

so frustrating

i also had the same problem (order confirmation email, then order is cancelled blah) when buying from simon.com. unlike GCM, this is my first time buying online from simon. i am abt to call them now, but i expect the same BS explanation from the CSR i guess.

TCB has been a fairly poor experience for me. Did an order last week, no cashback reported yet. Did an 3 orders from gc.com and it took about 6 weeks of followups to finally get the order reported. Obviously I expect to have to file more claims. What a bummer...

EDIT: Of course right after I check this post I get an email from Blackhawk asking me to fill out a "large purchase form". Surprised since the order is less than 10K...

Thanks for insight. I actually had my order from GCM track through TCB yesterday, but I received no email about it, but I can see it on my account with TCB. I've had nothing but good experiences with TCB, as like any other coupon site, they are at the mercy of the merchant.

It took GCM a week to process it to where it could track with TCB so now i know, at least for the short term. I won't be making large orders so I shouldn't have any issues. Assume 2K orders twice a month are fine. I am honestly surprised that GCM is paying out for VGC, i think most sites are not, or they are like 0.25% up to a small amount at that. highly doubt the TCB payouts will last much longer, it basically negates the cost of MS.

Did it take a week from after it processed or the day you placed the order (confirmation)? I placed my order on the 19th... it didn't get processed till the 21st (daily checking) when it was est to be sent out on the 21st.

Its only been 5 days since I order and 3 since it was processed.. so I have been checking TCB a lot and waiting.

Also, with GCM, when do they give you the tracking info? Its been 3 days since it processed and no tracking info yet :(

It took a good 7 days for TCB to track the rebate from the time I ordered and I never received shipping info from GCM. I never got a tracking for shipping info from GCM.

Recieved my order today. They came activated. Stated that the last 4 was the PIN. Zipped out to Walmart. No dice. Wouldnt process.
