Could you please define what you mean by "excessive?" I've been overpaying and pre-paying credit cards for 10 years, almost every month (trying to manipulate FICO).

Is Chase still in the payee list? And no change of fee ($2)? I haven't tried it recently and I know it was in the list two weeks ago. Q3 plan is to buy 1.5k OV at 7-11 and then pay freedom at that ATM. Any recent datapoints appreciated!

Can Citi cards be paid at the machine, and if so, anyone know the current fee? (I know you can pay by phone, but not using OVs.)
Also, when folks have received a call for going over a $3K aggregate limit, any clue as to what time period they were using to aggregate?
