7-11 ATMs now is coded as cash advance as if you're withdrawing cash from the ATM. Therefore, the prepaid gift card scenario is dead. That's similar to money orders purchased from USPS. Time to move on!

Tried this using my chime for probably one last time and it worked. Avoid a trip to the zoo.

Was dead for prepaids months ago, haven't tried recently. Valid debit cards (ie ST) still worked, but not very scaleable as they flag your accounts after too much volume.
