Poor interface for bill pay with GoBank
I have 5 types of Chase cards and when I try to add more than one Chase card in GoBank bill pay , there is no way to nickname the card or view last few digits of credit card to know which of the two cards you are paying.
When I called customer service, they said they are improving on it in next phase whenever Beta version ends. To overcome the issue, when I pay the bill and payment is completed and posted, I delete the card and start all over again when new payment is due. |
This was discussed already in the main GB thread. Set up accounts in the mobile app.

I had same rulesut via browser. 1st chase account loaded for electronic payment. 2nd account needed address and too much info. I abandoned it. Mobile app recognizes that you may have multiple accounts and intuitively knows what to do. Also when you make future payments via browser all accounts will be listed for electronic payment.

EDIT: also, IIRC, the full card number is displayed before you confirm your payment. |
