VR limits
 

Is the VR $1k and $5K limit on the purchase or loading it on Bluebird? I don't have my permanent card yet so I can't load it but I could still buy a few VRs since i am far from reaching my limit.

I could start loading and using the cards once the account is active. Can that be done?

BlueBird has the 5000 per month loading limit

American Express does not know or care how many Vanilla Reloads you purchase. They are offered by another company and can be used to reload various products from many other prepaid debit card issuers.
