Mine did not have a name on it. They sent out the permanent card which I think I got in about a week. If you call make sure you call moneymart first, not momentum. I think momentum charges you $1.50 after your first phone call every month. Better to save the money in case you have a big issue with momentum.

Does anyone else with the card know how much can be put in the savings account to still make the maximum interest? PM me if necessary. Momentum was pretty useless when I called them and I don't want to waste $1.50 on another phone call.

They told me $5k is the maximum for 6%.
And I was not charged $1.50 for phone call.

Is that before or after the interest is accrued? Can I put in the full 5k or does it have to be $4716?

As I understand you can put whatever you want to savings, but the interest will be accrued only on $5k.

I don't have one myself yet, but I'll be in OGG in 3 weeks, planning to grab one then.
I applied for the black card based on information here, and I can confirm it is VR compatible.

But only 5 VRs per month, correct?

I'm interested in this card, and there is a location near me.

Some questions I have...

A. Confirmed that black is the better card to get?
B. Max. load a month is $2500. The process is essentially the same as BB?
C. The pay as you go plan is best. From what I see on FW thread, there are no everyday fees.
D. Money can go into a 6% savings account (for 1st $5000). You can take money out through bill pay. You can take money out through ACH? What's easiest way to get money out essentially?

Gracias.

As I understand with Pay As You Go plan you have to pay $2 per each VR load.

The Cardholder Agreement on their website calls out all fees.

if the pay as you go plan is $2 per load, how is that an advantage over the other plan which is $10 for month? Their terms don't even mention vanilla reloads. Is it that hard just to answer the question?

Do you have Pay As You Go plan or $10 monthly plan?
