Do NOT let Rite-Aid scan the GoBank barcode. You will be charged, but your funds won't load. It is a PIA to get your funds back.
Want to stay active? Be sure to only load when your balance is at or close to 0. Continuing to load when you have funds in there seems to be a no no. Swipes are recommended, but there are folks active that don't swipe.
Lots of $200 loads can get you shutdown. GoBank does not like paying load fees on low denomination loads. Two $500 loads is better than five $200 loads.

rodsren (closed)- the dapperdon warned me. I was closed today after less than 5,500 or loaaing in less than 3 weeks (was going to try to keep it to 7,500 - 10,000 but didn't luck out.)
binnycode (closed, re-opened) - 7x $200 loads + 1x $700 load + 3x $500 over 2 days got me shut down. Called CSR and they re-opened my account, letting me know that "direct deposit would reduce my number of trips to walmart" lol!

Yesterday 7/4 6pm loaded $1000 at service desk of Walmart A successfully
Today 7/5 2pm at ATM of Walmart B, first 3*$500 load successfully, 4th $500 failed (error: reach load limit). I try service desk for the 4th $500, failed too (error: reach load limit).
5:30pm at ATM of Walmart C, $500 failed too (error: reach load limit).

any benefits of Gobank over Bluebird? Looks like you can load both at Walmart with GCs, but not Vanilla cards. Daily load limits are about the same now.

is that the same for their weekly limits, thats its every 7 days rolling from the 1st transaction? eg Load $1000 on 7/1 at noon 7/2, 7/3 and $500 on 7/4 ($3500 weekily max reached) so next time a person can load again is 7/8 at say 12:15pm or does the weekly get reset on every say Sun or Mon?

I would imagine trying to do $1500 to H&RB on the same calendar day is OK by MP but would be denied by H&RB since it would exceed their $1k max

Stupid me, I started out fast on these and redeemed about 3 MP's each to two separate Serve cards, until one of them got blocked. I requested a refund a few days ago and today got the following letter, no check.
I assume the check will come given the wording. But wow, I never asked for an MP refund before. I assume this is because I had about a dozen Rushcard Live accounts about 7 months ago, closed all of them and got checks for that? That's the only thing I can think of.

today I went to a RA to do swipe reload, and at first the machine displayed "payment approved" and then an error message, and the transaction was not through. I thought the credit card was blocked due to fraud protection.
The the cashier tried to swipe reload again, and I changed another credit card, and it had the same thing, first approved and then an error message. I realized it was not the credit card being blocked, but the debit card was blocked.
now, the strange thing started -- the cahsier asked the manager to come, and when he came, the transaction went through again -- strange. I checked my debit card and $500 has been loaded.
very strange. an indication to be shut down?
