Chase Gift Cards:
GAME OVER

We’re sorry, but we no longer offer Chase Gift Cards.

We will continue to honor current Chase Gift Cards. If you have a Chase Gift Card, you may continue to use it until the funds are depleted or upon card expiration.
If your existing Chase Gift Card has been damaged, lost or stolen, you can redeem the balance or get a replacement Card by calling us at
1-866-466-0079, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Use that number if you have questions about your existing Chase Gift Card.

www.chasewebgiftpurchase.com/index.cfm - [No longer working]

https://www.chase.com/online/Checking/gift-card.htm/ [No longer working as of 9/20/13]

$500 max value per card

Can be used as debit
Call # on card to set pin

There are some limitations to using gift cards as opposed to debit cards, but these are functioning very well as debit cards. So please follow the number one rule of manufactured spend: DON"T CALL THE BANKS.

That's a really good idea actually if I get stuck w/them... I won't owe $8k in taxes, but anything helps!

For those wondering, my CGC's that were declined at a Walmart on Saturday, were all accepted today at a diff Walmart for bill pay & mo no problem....

Maybe certain stores are re-coding systems, while others haven't yet?

I unloaded a pair of chase gc at Walmart today with no issues.

Only, sadly to report that the Kiosk Kate which has been out of order for nearly a month has now been removed from the store.

does it really matter since 90% of the people who got CGC have converted them through BB or MO's.. People get all freaked out over this stuff, glitches are going to happen, I would sweat it until 50 people post all on the same day they are having the same issue. But this thread should be closing soon so we wouldn't have to worry about it much longer.

Love the name, I haven't used KK for a while, I have been able to find beans, so I have no idea if the WM I use to go to still has KK or is she is working, last time she wasn't.

I didn't think anything of it until people on the thread were pointing to the new version of Vanilla issues at Walmart, and we thought it could be connected to this. That's why I reported.

Agreed w/unnecessary freaking out. I figured clerk error until the new Vanilla issues surfaced.

I was hoping this was still around. Sad to see that it's gone.

I decided to post in it because it was active. Not sure why folks are annoyed. Yes, I missed it. Time to keep digging.
