Does Bluebird allow you to load from Gift/Prepaid Cards without any fee? I'm trying to cash out my gift/prepaid cards from rebate deals...

BTW, what's the address of the store?
And make sure that you buy no more than 3 VRs using your Chase Freedom...

No. Amazon payments is the best tool for that.

I'm trying to avoid the forest, and it seems that the trees cannot be planted without a SSN. Previously SSN was optional, now I can't get around it when planting trees.

If you have the Amex Target card they will let you load to that. It will cost you $3 per load though.

Exactly. Amex and Walmart want this to be more like a checking account for people. Rapid fire loading over 5 days then a single $5k eft out repeatedly probably draws questions. However, billpay in odd values - even to the card you used to buy VRs with - seems unlikely to be problematic.

What does that have to do with bluebird?

Agree. I don't do any transfers to bank accounts at all. This is what stops me from using the PP reloads - the only way to get money out - is to the bank account, plus all the reports of locked PP accounts...
