Name Sequence and Enrich Points
So this is not 100% MH's fault, but my workplace has a new travel agent and they've been booking flights based on MH's name guide https://www.malaysiaairlines.com/hq/...ing-guide.html
Now this info does not match my Enrich details, nor does it match most Visas which correctly lists surname as "last name" unlike MH's "guide".
So I now have a couple of flights where my Enrich FFP does not stick. Traveling in C so does not affect lounge and unlikely to reach the check-in limit. However would like to know if I can claim for these missing miles when the name is correct, but sequence is out of joint ?

You will need to manually claim by email so best to get a hard copy of your boarding pass and photograph it.
If its a MAS flight crediting to Enrich it should be OK but it took 5 months and the direct intervention of the CEO to get the same thing sorted out last year for a OneWorld partner flight to get credited properly

just to update, I've been manually claiming via Enrich website. A tip is to submit under code-share flight (MW or FY but using MH flight number) as the website wouldn't be able to find the exact name string if claiming under MH. For some reason under MW/FY the website dosen't try to check/match and accepts the data as typed.
claims gets processed within a weekday, and fastest I've gotten is 3 hours
