MEL lounge Access MH in J

MEL lounge Access MH in J
Travelling MEL to KUL on MH128 in J.

Malaysia website says lounge access is Plaza Premium in MEL.
Am I right in thinking that I should also be able to access Qantas Business Lounge as a J passenger on Oneworld Airline?
Has anyone had issues with entry?

Yes you have the entitlement to access any OW J Lounge when travelling J on a OW airline.

Ah, thats an important bit to leave out. As per OW policy, it has to be operated AND marketed by a OW airline.

Your boarding pass will state something like sold as WY1234, which would preclude it from partner lounge access. Still, its worth a shot, in case you get lucky.

When mine was actually marketed and ticketed by TK but operated by MH - I did manage to get into the First QF lounge based on my OWE status (printed on the BP). I believe that on the MH boarding pass - it does not indicate the codeshare flight # (or if it does, it is in very very fine print).
The QF lounges are so much better to the crap 3rd party lounge offered by MH. (no idea why they don't use the QF lounge, most probably due to timing as the QF lounge only opens till the last flight to Fiji).
