They can stay on my avoid list But staff have been wonderful so far, and the F lounge in KL nice and quiet (only four other pax during my entire visit).

I just flew KL to Kathmandu (about 5 hours) and there was full alcohol service, including Champagne, in business class. Phuket to KL had no alcohol - but it's only about an hour flight.
