Just had the opposite happen, my 359 flight in January on NRT-KUL just switched to a 388. Talk about disappointment.

Regardless of how much of a disgrace the A350 F cabin may or may not be, it will be heads over heels better than MH’s A388’s J interiors which are well past their prime and need a serious refit...

I’m definitely not the only one who feels that way: A380 J-Class Mini Cabin

I mean the A350 F seat isn't SQ/EK F, and rightly so, they don't exactly cater to the same demographic as those airlines. It may be a slight bit narrow, but I think it does its job, and has a door too. Miles better than the A380 F seat in its current state in my opinion. The only drawback of the seat in my opinion is the inability to do buddy dining, and how close to the floor the sleeping surface is when in bed mode. The storage lockers are a big plus though.

Exactly. I'm currently in J, so it's a downgrade for me. I might switch to the JL 789 an hour later to avoid the MH 380.

Perhaps a silly question, but does MH give out amenity kits in F on daytime flights? I'll be on the daytime NRT-KUL later this month.

It appears MH has started offering F to SYD. Row 1 no longer appears in the J cabin seat map on certain days, and F is a bookable class of service.

I've gotten a seat change notification on one of my J flights to SYD from row 1 to row 6

Looks like MH will begin offering 3-cabin service to ICN too. It has been operated by the A380s for a few months now and it seems like they just opened up F cabin for sale.

MH F routes for NW18/19:
- LHR (MH 1/2/3/4)
- KIX (MH52/53)
- NRT (MH 70/71/88/89)
- ICN (MH 66/67)
- SYD (MH122/123)
