Mail not reaching reservations?

Mail not reaching reservations?
Hi All,
Booked a flight from BKK to KUL in J (future flight in March) and for one reason or the other I swapped my first name with my surname so the booking doesn't show up on my AY+ account.
I called MH reservations and was told, it didn't matter from their perspective (as long as the names were spelt correctly and as per the passport) that they were in the wrong order. I insisted that I wanted it changed and I was told it would cost me R150 (around USD 35) which I was totally fine with. Again I was advised that it didn't matter...
So I was told to send a mail to [email protected] but seems to be something with the MH mail server:
This report relates to a message you sent with the following header fields:
"Message-id: <[email protected]>
Date: Sat, 13 Jan 2018 17:22:42 +0100
From: Cupart <[email protected]>
To: [email protected]
Subject: Name Change (Booking Ref: XXXXXX) request.
Your message has been enqueued and undeliverable for 1 day
to the following recipients:
Recipient address: [email protected]
Reason: unable to deliver this message after 1 day"
So what should I do from here on?
