Enrich Award - 6 Month Limit on Partner Awards?
Just got off the phone with Enrich where I asked to get a quote on points required for flight early next year. Gentleman said they can only book partner awards 6 months in advance. Anyone else experience that?

They can book it, but they just can't price it until at least 6 months out; experienced this with an attempted EY booking.

I see, I plan to book EY F for next year March/April, seems they can't see any availability for my desired dates. Guess I'll try again.

I've never heard of this supposed 6-month rule until I tried booking a partner award a few days ago. It's been their policy "all this while", apparently. Strange, because in the not too distant past I've booked partner awards way more than 6 months out.

just called in - all EY flights are now on waitlist. just two days ago there was wide open availability. is MH blocking partner redemptions? this is VERY poor form.

As an update, managed to get my EY F booking ticketed today despite being slightly > 6 months out. I did however make this booking 2 days ago and it took ~40 calls to get the miles and taxes priced, deducted and ticketed. :-:

I was able to get EY F award ticket priced and ticketed when I personally went to their ticketing office at KL Sentral, took less than 15 mins too. I tried a redemption in January which is more than 6 months and no problem getting it done

I dont think there are any 6-month limits. I can redeem partner awards for travel in Q2 next year.

I have been able to get bookings for dates nearly a year out but yes, they cannot price and issue > 6 months.

Wow, crazy stories. Today I called and while they could price and hold a QR flight, they didn't see the CX availability that I preferred and saw on BA.com and Qantas. Very strange all around!
