MH Lounge in BKK

I recall reading some posts (2014-2015) where MH used to issue passes to the Royal Silk Lounge for J-pax even though they are from different alliances.
The MH website now lists the BKK partner lounge as Louis Tavern.

Can anyone advice?

Louis Tavern is indeed the contracted lounge now.

Skip the TG/Louis Tavern and head straight to the CX lounge (yes they used to provide TG lounge access but that's no longer the case). CX lounge beats Royal Silk Lounge hands down.

Doing the same for my BKK MH flights.

I have never been in, or plan to be in the Louis Tavern business class lounge. (there is an LT 1st class but even as an emerald you wont get it).

The CX lounge is great but does tend to get a bit busy nowadays.
As a One world status holder or a J traveler you have access to the CX lounge.

I thought it is very clear from the replies above that the answer is yes.

The Louis Tavern C lounge in BKK certainly has less a selection of food than the TG lounges. Drinks about the same. "Atmosphere" is about the same.

It does tend to be less crowded, not that bad even when a ST flight is departing (maybe a problem if 2 or 3 though).

Never been in CX's there, but if that is clearly better than TG's, then is clearly better than Louis'.

I prefer the JL lounge if it is open when you are flying. The CX lounge gets VERY crowded, hard to find a seat sometimes....

I REALLY miss the QF lounge!

Miss both QF and BA.

CX/JL > TG(Shouldn't be eligible but anyway) > Louis Tavern. Prefer CX for morning, JL evening.

I like the smoking area in the JL lounge, but sadly it is closed when I normally fly out.

the CX lounge's usage fluctuates a lot,ie:it would be empty, quickly fill up and then get empty again:all within 45-50 minutes.

The Louis Tavern CIP lounge in Concourse G has a smoking lounge. That's where I normally go when flying MH.
