In my experience, longest I've had to wait I'd say would be around 10-15 minutes for a main dish; perhaps they were short staffed on the day you were in.

Funnily enough, I've been able to order more than one main per sitting as recent as mid September; maybe they're trying to maintain and minimise the need to stock up due to the pending closure of the lounge.
