AA codeshare flight (operated by MH) KUL-LHR, eligible to earn miles?
i try to book a flight KUL-MCO, via AA web, the result here showing no miles for the first leg outbound KUL-LHR, and last leg inbound LHR-KUL. These legs are actually codesharing flight operated by MH
it is class V
i want my miles to be credited into MH enrich.
so in this case, will i earn miles?
(or should i ask this question at AA sub-forum?)

Based on this table on AA's Malaysia Airlines partner page, V class has a mileage earning rate of 50%.

While the 50% figure looks correct, think you probably meant to reference Enrich's table for mileage earning rates from AA-marketed flights instead?

this is a long distance travel, KUL-LHR-ORD-MCO, total 11551 miles
if this is class V, which FFP is better for these miles?
AAdvantage or MH-Enrich?

Well it really depends which FFP is best for you. Sometimes having miles all over the place is kinda tough too since you may not be able to use it before it expires.

As the flights you have listed are after the "second half of 2016" cut-off which AA has given for AAdvantage moving over to spend-based RDMs, I believe you would earn (if a non-elite) 5 RDMs/$ x $1,335.40 or 6,677 RDMs on AAdvantage, but still ~22,500 EQM's.
Definitely the earned miles for Enrich would be higher from a quantitative standpoint, but it's still up to you whether that actually worth it or not from your personal standpoint. For example, with AAdvantage, you'd only be a few thousand miles short of earning 'Gold' status...
(Of course, this is all basis information held as of today... the earning rates could easily change overnight for Enrich, they've done it in the past.)

For Enrich, you wouldd earn the (11,551+~11,000) * 50% = ~11,250 Enrich miles (both 'redeemable miles' and 'elite qualifying miles').

Your best option is probably to call with Enrich and ask them directly (do share the outcome!).

In general, I do not believe codeshare flights can be upgraded via the mileage program of either the marketing or operating airline (though there may be specific exceptions, and I guess also regional airline 'codeshares').

called, got an answer, code sharing flight cannot be upgraded
to get an upgrade, conditions:
# ticket issued by MH with MH aircraft code (must be MH metal)
so no luck for me to redeem upgrade
