Like how there hasn't been row 3 on the 333 since the dawn of time? These guys must be traditionalists

On my last flight, I had to book myself to 1A and my wife to 1D and asked to change at check in counter......

I'm currently booked for a few overnight flights and managed to snag 1K.
However, I'm concerned about galley noise and light.

Is 1K, better than, say, 2A for sleeping?

Is there a list of routes that the A330 with the new suites flies?

I believe all routes operated by the 333 are with the new business class seats.

Great. Thank you for that. Is there a list of A333 routes then?

Sorry I don't have the exact list, but it seems that the 333 are seen at long(er) intra-Asian e.g. HKG PVG NRT and Australian routes SYD MEL. Do you have any particular destination in mind?

Thanks for that. No, no particular destinations in mind; just looking to maximise the current promotion. I've found the A333 on the 5.05pm departure from BKK (at least some days) and also BOM so that might do me for this round.

you may want to check carefully the operating aircraft version as BKK is served by 332s and BOM may be changed to 332s as well. The 332s have a different, earlier, generation type of flatbed seat - like Etihad’s 332 seats given that the ones with MH are ex Air Berlins.

Oh, okay. Thank you. I didn't realise that. I'll check EF and see what it says.

The A330 was subbed in instead of the usual 738 on DPS to KUL at 30/05/2018 12.55 PM departure.

You might want to check KUL-DPS city pairs to find more of these and is they fit your schedule.

A330-200

Has anyone flown on MH's A33-200? If so, is the layout in J similar to the A330-300, are there throne seats in J?
thanks

The product on the 332s is very different from the 333s’ as the former are leased and are ex Air Berlin aircraft. There are are no throne seats like those on the 333.

Row 2 window seats are the best, IMO. They have the most spacious legroom and it is easy to get in or out whilst providing privacy unlike the aisle seats which are totally exposed.

Do a Google on "A330 Air Berlin business class" and the Images link will give you photos of the cabin layout.
