Would be the 3rd or 4th hull loss for a 777.

This doesn't sound good :(

Arabmoney Mar 7, 2014 6:00 pm

Pray that everyone is found safe and well.

can someone aware me on what lose contact actually means? is it that it could have been hijacked? or that its probably sent a distress and gone down but the media want to be sensitive about reporting it? or could it just be a problem with their communication equipment?

Being widely reported now by the U.S. media.
