Malaysia Transfer Desk At BKK
Does anyone know the hours of the MH transfer desk at BKK?
I am flying into BKK on ANA, landing at 11:00pm. I have a flight the next morning at 6am on MH onwards to KUL (booked on a separate ticket than the ANA flight). I will have carry-on only.
I plan to stay at the Transit Hotel within the international wing. I realize that I will need an MH bording pass to reclear through security after my ANA flight. I am *hoping* to be able to print-off my BKK-KUL boarding pass in advance (I believe MH allows doing it at the 48 hour point?), but in case I can't, will there be someone at the BKK transfer desk at that hour who can issue an MH boarding pass?
Thanks!

Thanks for the information, but I'm confused. Does this mean I'm expected to hang out at the transfer desk for 4 hours? Of course I resize that I could just "enter" Thailand, but what if I needed a Visa and didn't have one?

To clarify the MH transfer desk I mentioned was actually in the departure area, I entered using the online boarding pass ( you must never assume the online check-in works all the time). I assume they have the same policy at the arrival area desk but there is a small chance I may be wrong.

However you might well need a BP for the transit hotel.

I have never had an issue with using an online BP to clear checkpoints at BKK (though one time the customs guy called over a supervisor). But on two other airlines I was certainly not checked in until I went to a desk or GA.
