MH KUL - DEL in J, which one should I take?
There are two flights daily MH 172/173 in 737-800 and MH 190/191 in A330-300.
Which ones have lie flat seats in J? I'm trying to avoid the dreadful cradles if possible. Thanks!

Neither aircraft have lie-flat seats (did you seriously expect a 737 to have 'em? ).
Unless timing is more important, go for the A330. They're conventional angled flat seats, similar to SQ and TG's A330s. It does, however, have decent IFE and you wouldn't be stuck in a narrowbody for 5 hours.
The 738s have cradle seats and depending on your luck, no PTV. They distribute portable IFE devices but I still prefer the seatback type.
