I wonder why MH is renovating these lounges again - last time was only some years ago. In October just before this closure they were just fine.
Too bad! I’ll be at KUL next Monday and looked forward to spending a couple of hours at the Golden (F) lounge. Any unofficial news about the new opening?

Just printed my boarding pass, it says to enjoy the Golden lounge at KUL, we'll see.

So I asked the very nice lady at the entrance to the regional lounge last night about the satellite before getting on the 11:55p flight to London and she remarked that she thought it would open in 3 days- or Thursday. Bummed to miss it I was hoping to use the new showers as the ones in the regional are not my favorite. Laksa was good as always, Sarawak variant this time. And friendly service as always.

What a shambolic airline. Putting out all their 'official opening' stuff only a few days ago for people to arrive to a boarded up construction site.
