Surely the powers that be would have a pretty good idea now as to whether theyll meet the opening date published on the website or not. It is less than a week away!

I've just arrived at KLIA today and could see the big work in progress sign in front of Golden lounge. So still not yet opened...

Have you ever been been to a shop to purchase something, only to find out that it is "sold out"?

No matter where you are, substantial structures (even a purpose-built house) are seldom "delivered on time". Fixtures/supplies are not always delivered to the building site on time. Then there is an issue of "cost over-runs"...

But what I find frustrating is how MH manages it compared to CX or QF. In the CX, QF position they were able to identify at least a month in advance that they would not make their scheduled opening time and they released these details to the media.
MH....no. FOUR DAYS before the scheduled reopening they just remove any reference from that date from anywhere they've placed it and don't say a word.
It is such POOR management.
