Did this recently and felt very well after it. I really recommend the pilates. Less keen on the resident doctor!

Good spa program at a regular luxury hotel?

I'd say that the Cloister at Sea Island fits the bill.

One of the most impressive hotel spas I've seen, at a hotel that is marketing itself more as a golf/hunting/beach destination than a destination spa.
