There's no confirmed upgrade at Le Meurice, either with Virtuoso or FHR. upgrades are on arrival, subject to availability. It's important to have your TA contact the sales manager directly. He has been very helpful in getting upgrades to come through in the past.
The Superior rooms are extremely nice. The basic difference in room types is the view, the very nicest room being a Deluxe Garden room (with view of the Tuilleries across the street and the Eiffel Tower in the distance).
Virtuoso has an especially nice package with a four night stay: a complimentary one-way private airport transfer — you'll be met on the jetway as you get off the plane, fast-tracked through immigration, and taken right to your limo driver.
