I’m currently staying at the Four Seasons - admittedly my favorite having stayed at many hotels in Hong Kong over a number of years- hotel is big but I continue to find the service great. Rooms large with good views, great pool, gym, and spa. And very good restaurants. Also on the side I prefer staying - Hong Kong island, but I realize that depends on what you are doing. For me work, friends, restaurants, etc all here, but I will admit better views at night from Kowloon side.
anyway, I continue to highly recommend this hotel! Lots of staff here are ex Mandarin Oriental.

A great example of good service - they remember I drink a lot of bottled water. They told me they remembered and showed me they had overstocked my room with their complimentary bottled Fiji water. I have never asked. They just somehow remember from my patterns of previous stays. A nice touch.

Why does wifi always get mentioned as an amenity? It should be standard for guests nowadays.

How far is the Kowloon Shangri La from TST MTR? How does it compare to IC? I know the IC seems close but is actually a bit farther than it seems. Not far, but a bit of a walk nonetheless.

Kowloon Shangri-La is just outside the Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station, which is a long way to the actual Tsim Sha Tsui station (but all covered, underground).
