I've said it once and will say it again. Ownership would need to demolish this GH and rebuild it from scratch to even have a chance of competing with the RC.

We quite enjoyed our stay at Ritz Carlton Fukuoka. Location is fantastic, hotel is new-ish, food pretty wonderful. Our pork cutlet in-room-dining was quite fabulous. I dont think the water view is more special than the city view.
