Anantara Golden Triangle Thailand in March?
 

Hi! Has anyone been to Anantara Golden Triangle in March? is the smoke unbearable? is it worth going? Will the smoke get better by the last week of March?
We are a young family. My boys want to see elephants...

This March it was pretty terrible. I wouldn’t run the risk if I were you (though of course who knows for next year):

There are some other ethical elephant camps rather than hotels in Thailand including a new one on Koh Samui which is usually quite nice in March (but hot).
