Scotland with pheasant hunting, horse riding, luxury accomodations?

Title says it all - anyone have recs for a property that would cover multiple activities along with a pheasant hunt? Looking to do modest length stay next winter. Would ideally be somewhere not too remote, and have other activities (horse riding, falconry come to mind). Many thanks for any tips in advance.

Gleneagles. They have riding, falconry, bird shooting, clays. I have never been but friends of ours love it. They have not done the bird shooting however.

Really like Gleneagles . Have not returned for years though , possibly decades !

So many places to return to in Scotland & others yet to be explored ( keep returning to some old haunts ) ..

Would you consider swapping Scotland for Ireland? Adare Manor is getting rave reviews.

We had an unplanned one night stay at Gleneagles in August after our TA moved us out of another hotel. The Gleneagles was spectacular and we plan on returning. The setting is stunning and the service was top notch. My husband talked with several of the fishing and hunting guides (they took him on a quick tour) and he was impressed.
