Requesting Upgrade at Four Seasons

Update for everyone - I reached out to the property to see if I could proactively purchase an upgrade, the GM responded back saying that they already upgraded us to an ocean view room from a garden view. The entire property now looks booked, so I found this to be a super nice gesture.
