They are advertising private residences in Madrid, but they are not talking about the hotel as yet.

There is also a story about current negotiations for a FS in Rio De Janeiro. The location is to be the Marina Palace Hotel in Leblon. Well actually the story says that it is "in the building where the old marina hotel operated in Leblon". So, not sure where exactly where they are talking about. I believe there was a "Marina All Suites" hotel that is closed. So perhaps that's it.

They just moved Christoph Schmidinger from FS Hong Kong to become Regional VP and GM of FS Madrid - a surprising choice.

I am trying to find out who is taking over in HK. FS are busy moving people around right now. Antoine Chahwan just left FS Singapore to become VP Ops North America. Peter Draminsky takes over in Singapore, which is great news (ex Regent Sing).

I was surprised that they did not move Felix Murillo to Madrid.

Not sure if it is only a Business decision as HKG seems to be the more important hotel compared to Madrid. Perhaps also a personal preference.
