Have you ever stayed at the Mai Khao property in Phuket? I understand it's divided into an all villas section and a separate Vacation Club section. To what degree do these share facilities? Are GHA Black benefits applicable to the Vacation Club section as well?

Keen to hear your thoughts, if you don't mind.
I've visited both Maikhao and Layan and much prefer Layan in almost every way.

We are planning a stay at Anantara Jabal Akhdar resort in December. Had a wonderful vacation at Qasr Al Sarab last year, so just wanted to check whether their Oman property is at a similar level in terms of hard product and service.
