I'm quoting from the website, not some anonymous CIA whistleblower. Negotiate away to your hearts desire. North Island always runs stay 7-pay-6, so on B&B it's €39,000 for 7 nights, which is ~£34k; half-board ~£36k; full board ~£41k; dream rate ~£44k. My point remains: it's gone up nearly 80% in 4 years.

The relaxing anything-you-want atmosphere is what made North Island special. Having guests on different payment plans sounds a recipe for service hassles. And staff incentivised to sell you things. Doubt this will work out well.

To be fair I see it positive. As many may know I never drink alcohol and never eat Lunch, especially not additional to a full dinner. So paying for it is wasted money for me.
I had to laugh about the Scott Dunn offer. Who voluntary flys Economy to the Seychelles, especially if paying such figures for one week. Sounds more like a punishment
