Serai Manggis ( now alila ) was my favourite ghm property then and Serai was the 3rd and almost forgotten brand of GHM ( presumably the Taiwanese Serais under ghm will be handed over to Azula ).
But I hope the lot from ghm will not be involved and leave Azula Serai,well alone .
Azula Serai sounds exciting already and am glad AZ s aesthetic and vision continue to live on and refreshed .
Any ideas where the first Serai will be ?

for some reason zecha personally guaranteed that loan
amanat withdrew (pocketed?) the loaned money
amanat claims loan converted to his aman shares
BTG says loan did not convert, zecha says to repay loan
after amanat did not like results of selling his shares to eliasch >
claimed sale to eliasch never closed (unlikely)
claimed he gets possession of doronin shares (unlikely)
claimed BTG loan converted (BTG and zecha disagree)

The Chedi Club Jimbaran
Does anyone know what happened to the Chedi Club Jimbaran? All references to it seem to have been removed from the GHM website, although not from the Japanese edition of the site.
