I have been over-optimistic regarding flights from NAP before, but there seems to be indeed a 3-times weekly direct flight by Meridiana Fly (IG391/IG392). Availabilities don't show up beyond May 2015, but this is the case for all Meridiana flights, so it's likely just not bookable yet.

Thanks guys, I kind of thought that availability would show up later in 2015. It's good to know even if the Mon-Fri-Sun dates aren't working out for me as well. I guess a direct flight to Rome and then a car to Positano is the last option.
