i wonder if the GHM mgmt losses/acquisitions are related to DLF/sale, no idea how GHM is structured

Actually, I read a snippet in an Indian newspaper this morning (sorry, no longer have the link) that the MoU is already in place and the buyer is a consortium of some kind. If true, we should know more soon.

When we were at Ruya this summer the GM told us they had a plan to build a number of villas. In fact on our first day there were potential investors from the US there on this topic.
