The County Planning Department can't be a lead agency. Nicole Franzese will speak to each Planning Board in the towns affected.

In December 2006...sold for a published $10 million. The listed buyer was ADG Broadlands LLC of Los Angeles with ties to the famed Amanresorts...Adrian Zecha had visited the estate earlier in the decade and almost purchased it then but backed off the deal.
low key article citing the sale remarked "Amanresorts owner Adrian Zecha has reportedly visited the site a number of times and is excited about its development potential"

And one personal thing to add: Tadao Ando totally rocks. We visited his museums at Naoshima Island, and they were the most outstanding architectural experiences I ever had on the world...

Hawaii will be huge. Sorry to say it, but I'm getting a bit tired with the Maui and Kona FS properties. Hawaii needs an infusion of true high end luxury in addition to those two properties...

Totally agree with you. Doesn't look as though Aman are venturing back, as Monty Brown has actually retired so is not, as rumoured, working on an Aman Hawaii. A GHM would be good, so let's hope it works out.
