Bvlgari is small (less than 100 rooms), I like the location very much and their italian restaurant is great.^
On the other hand decor is very masculine with silver, dark wood and black stone. I guess it is not everybody's taste and many people will find it cold and lacking the english atmosphere.
It is still my favorite just before FSPL.:-:
We have decided are going to try The Bvlgari. My husband will love the modern, dark wood and black stone, and I am a swimmer. Swimming around in little circles in the Berkeley pool just does not work well! Thank you for the great reviews on the hotel! Any room suggestions?

Even Deluxe rooms here are well designed - the bathrooms are wet rooms, but only have single vanities. Lots of counter space, though. The 23 suites are much, much better - some (the 7 Bulgari Suites) are huge - like loft apartments. Deluxe Suites are very comfortable, too.

Vuittons is better than me for this question
(edit: I wrote that before Vuittons replied lol)

Deluxe rooms are already quite spacious and nice.
I would avoid Junior suites as they are facing the street (can be noisy).
My choice would go to Studio suites (much brighter with more windows than deluxe rooms or Junior Suites) or Deluxe Suites (I love the lay out).
I would also avoid Knightsbridge suites. They are too much expensive compared to Deluxe for not so much added space and just like Junior suites they face the street.

Well we booked the studio suite for three nights on the way to Africa! Can't wait to try it! Used to live in Kensington so easy to pop over there as well! Will write up when we return!

Next week, Four Seasons Hampshire for lunch en route to Kent from the ' south ' where there aren't any luxury hotels ( closest being Chewton Glen ).
Only managed lunch at Dinner , MOHP - London hotels are at about capacity - Wimbledon .
No Amans within vicinity , so have a fabulous time at Amanpulo & any others here enjoying an Aman

Make sure you keep that dog's bottom wiped. And don't let it pee in the pool.

We adore your sleeping beagle

(Stole it from your previous trip report )

Shame can't take our dog for international travel without putting her in the cargo hold... I guess for the better as there are already two Amanjunkies in the house, an extra one might break the bank!
