Hello guys, this is my first post (question) in the LH forum. Will be visiting FRA soon with QR067, landing at 13:20 in the afternoon. I was wondering if I should book a domestic flight with LH to Munich. Assuming QR is willing to check through my bags to MUC, may I seek your expert opinion the minimum connecting time in FRA? Would the LH flight of 16:15 be alright? Thank you so much.

If you're on separate tickets, you shouldn't count on QR through-checking your bags. Also, with separate tickets there is no "connection" (or minimum connection time) and you may end up having to buy a new ticket if the QR flight is delayed and you miss the FRA-MUC flight (or if you have to retrieve your bag at FRA and miss the bag drop-off time for the FRA-MUC flight).
If it's on one ticket, the MCT is 60 minutes and a 3-hour connection should be "safe". In worst case they'd put you on the next flight to MUC if there's a delay causing you to miss the 16:15 flight.

Separate tickets or on the same ticket?

A flexible train fare in second class/coach is EUR 105 ow. Obviously, non-flex train tickets would be cheaper but then again you need to leave a buffer. I think if LH ticket prices are reasonable on your date of travel, I'd take my chances and fly FRA-MUC. In the worst-case scenario in which you don't make the connection, you can still buy a train ticket. The walk-up fare is, once again, EUR 105 and they don't stop selling tickets if trains are crowded.*
---
* There's a small chance discounted tickets are still available when you walk up to the counter in which case the cost of the train ticket is less than EUR 105.

Looking at the history of QR67, it seems reasonably punctual. I think if you leave a three-hour window between flights, the risk of missing the connection is reasonably small.

The AEUW bus arrivals are at street level, where the two parts of A/Z meet, adjacent to the A6-A10 bus gates. To get to the tunnel, you will have to go up to departure level, cross the atrium last the C and F lounges and walk along the “olds part of A for a short stretch to the elevator at A15
it certainly is not far, maybe 150 m.

Using the Wiki
How do I use the data in the wiki?
I have a flight inbound from TXL into FRA (LH) with a connection to another LH for SFO. Its a 45 minute connection. That seems too short given its a domestic-international switch and likely needing to clear immigration etc.

You will likely go from an A gate to Z gate, but will have to go through passport control to exit Schengen area.
There will also be a security question/passport check at the gate.

The OP is connecting to SFO, so has to go through passport control when exiting Schengen

Not sure what the OP means by using the wiki but the MCT simply means the airline is willing to sell you a ticket with a transfer time of 60 minutes, 45 minutes, etc. It does not guarantee that you will make the connection. If I were making this connection I would choose an earlier flight from TXL.
