I spoke to OS. Tickets can be re-booked anytime within the 12 month validity (ie the original dates don't apply) for Eur 150 + Eur 35 (not sure what the Eur 35 is for!).
The original minimum 10 day stay still applies.
If i want to cancel, there is no fee but I only get the taxes back.
