US wide there is no fast track allowed through immigration anymore. So I don't need a PA just for some small talk, but slowing down my walking speed.

agree. Flew to JFK twice in the last 4 weeks and it worked both times, unlike ORD

Interesting. I was told the very same story at SFO/LAX/ORD/IAD/ATL and I believe, Michelle confirmed it as well.

Arrived at an apron position in FRA today and a HON limousine was waiting ... but not for me ! One HON got picked up and two were left standing there and asked to take the bus.

Looks like I am definately not HON LONG !

Ooops.

I have had a 100% hit rate this year so far, but apron positions for me have been more rare than in the past. ^

It was more a miss situation in the beginning and I wrote a couple emails.

You should write a complaint too. That apron pickup was their main excuse for the reduced exec bonus. Since reduced exec bonus is always a 100% hit we do except nothing but a 0% miss for apron pickups, right?

They made good at the FCT for me with an op-up to C on my hop to BUD.
... Should post in the Happy HON thread...

edit: now onboard they still have me on the PIL in Y and demanded to see my BP to "discuss" it with the Captain?? You just couldn't make this stuff up...

I think the HON service is these days pretty bad at monitoring last minute gate to apron changes and sending a car. When it was scheduled to be apron in the first place it seems to always work.

Fully disappointing is when the airport manages to send small busses for short connections, but the HON service didn't manage to send the limo
