I found SQ is always more expensive than LH especially in C class and F class bookings and you never get treated any better. SQ always have the word NO when you ask them for any flexibility or any extra service.

That does not mean that people who do feel shortchanged (like several HONs, i.e., the most 'important' customers for LH) should be stripped-off of their right to voice their concerns here. I am confident they also do so officially.
It is true that people whine for just about everything. A couple of days ago, somebody was complaining to the lounge warden in the A(65) gates tower lounge that the windows are dirty, while at the same time there was a lot of noise from construction from above, and it was pretty obvious that you can't wipe those things every 3 minutes just to get them dirty again...
But if you want the flip-side of your argument, myself I wonder why there is so much hostility and sarcasm directed towards those guys! They are equally valuable to LH as the other HONs (and maybe more), but probably, they have different standards or they were just unlucky. (Mind you, blaming it on bad luck doesn't help either: the very first HON perk should be consistency in the services provided. Inconsistency voids the whole concept of HON.) In the case they just have different standards, this is a fact of life! Some people live in the slum and feel they are in Buckingham palace and vice-versa.

Yes.
Ex Singa that is.
That can well be. I did not buy an SQ-only premium ticket in a loooong time.

missed connex in FRA
I´m getting more and more convinced that HON service isn´t worth the loyalty any more. I just missed a connection coming from LHR via FRA. The driver picked me up, but was clueless about my tight connection. No escort to customs and security and back to the car. There would have been plenty of time to make it in 35 minutes. Instead I got the advice "you will have to run through the tunnel if you want to make it..!!!".
I didn´t. It cost me half a day. They do not go the extra mile any more for the customer. Another enhancement.

They did that for me a few times during the summer , through a security / immigration section of FRA that I had not seen before . So I guess it is hit or miss.

This has been done intentionally, well knowing that I would miss the flight. They just do not care anymore.

I know it is a drag on your time but can you write an email to HON services with your flight details and put that the request was turned down by the supervisor? This is quite outrageous given your tight connection and status and the person needs a good 'smack' for what it is worth.
Was the supervisor solving an overbooking issue or what?

Unacceptable!
Maybe overbooking or family and friends on standby - your seat may have been re-assigned anticpating you would not make it. I was once prematurely offloaded from a Swiss flight and could not board despite being at the gate when it still said "Boarding" on the screen and it was 13min prior to the planned departure. Lost half a day as well, sadly one of the last half days my beloved grandmother.
No compensation.

I'd agree that HON Circle is BY FRA the best program out there.

To deal with the hellhole FRA? Sure, I assume so. But hey no-status on a tiny Asian carrier gives you less bus rides, less time wasting security checks than LH ever offers you. No FRA no problem (ok make that no FRA/LHR/CDG, and any US port).
