My wife and kids are at home in europe for christmas, I am working on the other end of the planet. OK it is Sydney. Believe me, I love Australia, I love Sydney, but I will miss my family. Even my dreamland doesnt comp for that. That is why I am not soooo happy.

QF C is great true, but I dont get LH Miles, that is the only reason.

And this thread is called "Where is LH taking you", so I felt I had to apologize for using QF C.

FRA-HAJ in F? Is that a 747, a 343 or a 346?

VIE-LHR-VIE on December 21st ...

... and all in Y "to show allegiance with the board" - official travel policy would still permit to travel C because the board was not successful in negotiating a new version with the works council up to now.

But as I have applied for a major career move which will be decided on January 18th I thought it might be sensible to use Y ...

Next trip on January 24th will lead to BCN - maybe in C again

All of them are very fair points. I wouldn't be happy either if I'd be separated from my family again.

During some peek times (CeBIT!), LH does fly those big birds to Hanover so in theory you could get F to HAJ. Not before Christmas however.
