arrivals/departures on lufthansa.com
Why does Lufthansa.com make we choose "arrival" or "departure" when I am checking on a flight? I am nearly always interested in both. And I have to go back many steps to reenter the exact same info to learn about the other. Why can it not just be about "flight information" and give me both?
I understand that the date matters - so there would have to be a way to indicate which flight I meant in the frequent case of overnights. But if I said "flight xyz, departing on date dd/mm/yyyy", I think it could tell me departure time, departure gate, arrival time, arrival gate all in one shot.
Wouldn't this be a simple change to drive a lot of value?
(in my experience, aa.com does this well, ba.com has same problem as lufthansa)

Probably it is best to contact LHrelate and let her know about this issue. She will direct your feedback to the IT team.
The only thing that makes me wonder is that you wonder about airline IT and especially LH.com. LH is known for it's bad IT…
