Air One starting longhaul flights

http://www.flyairone.it/en/OrganizzaViaggio/News.aspx

Air One seems to expand quite rapidly these days - they will start flying to the US in June, and from next week they even have flights to BRU :-)

Cool stuff, probably LH helping to drive in a few more nails in AZ coffin (after the MXP mini hub announcement). To find a 332 in this market in short notice is tough...^

I guess no one has seen AP's interconti Business Class yet, as the flight to BOS will start on June 14th.
The plane was taken over from Etihad - maybe this gives you an idea (I have never flown with this carrier).

I don't comment my one and only flight with AP biz so far - I managed to end up in one of their two 737-200...

With Etihad you can play the business class lottery in terms of seats !

I was looking into flying them from CAI-AUH-BKK in J, as the fare is only about 1.000 ! But I fear that one might be stuck on the regional J seat as Oliver2002 posted. I decided that this would be too risky for me ...

The new longhaul J product does however look really nice !

On their website it says that Air One codeshares with UA on the MXP-BOS service. Doesn't seem to be live yet, at least UA's website doesn't know anything about it.

Does anybody know if this route will also be codeshared with LH and/or if LH will allow a routing MUC-MIL-US, especially on the Z fares?

Booked a RT to BOS for June. Anybody has any idea where to find seat maps for the long haul flights? Traveling in Y, so exit row would be nice.

According to their website, intercont redeeming is just 40/60K:

http://www.flyairone.it/en/FrequentF...MilesMore.aspx

However, I checked a few random dates with KVS/Apollo and couldn't find anything in I (only X)..

"Fly Smart with Air One..
The Fly Smart option in the Miles & More program is the easiest and most convenient solution for flying and earning your miles.
Air One offers you a new exceptional opportunity: only 15,000 miles needed to get a return ticket on the whole network!"

Does this include longhaul as well? The whole network.. would be crazy
