I’m currently in MUC SEN lounge in H on a long layover. Arrived in K so tried to go to the K11 SEN lounge but it was closed due to a water damage. Again? I went up to L but didn’t even try the L11 lounge as the whole concourse was deserted. How long have these lounges been closed?

Also agree - having been in the midst of last week's chaos I could see the amount of stress (thankfully I only had a 3 hr delay to HND, but still missed my onward connection to BKK) in MUC.
Personally, on baggage, particularly on short connections (under 50 mins) in VIE, I have not once received my baggage at the final destination. I know others have had bad experiences at FRA and MUC (more so the former). I've had one lost luggage in FRA (Reunited the next morning), but in Vienna I've had 4, ever single one of my short connections they couldn't connect the bags. Vienna is now the airport I actively try to avoid transiting at because of this, even more than FRA. And in MUC, despite all the chaos last week, my bag still made it to HND. Two others (out of four of us transiting HND to BKK) did not get their bags, but they had been entirely re-routed from MUC-AMS-BKK with LH+BR to MUC-HND-BKK with LH+NH.
So, yes, I'd explore other options if you need to be in BKK on the day itself or if you are planning on leaving BKK in the next couple of days afterwards due to luggage. But if you're flexible, they'll always find a way to get you there somehow (as the two who were originally on the LH+BR connections showed). So even in the worst case, they'll get you there with some delay. The lugagge would be my biggest concern.

They should do - I had a similar connection time recently from ARN-MUC then MUC-HND and it was no problem. I had an Airtag in it and my bag was in the plane before I was

This is a frequent flyer points booking, so I presume they wouldn't have offered it if they didn't think we could make the connection.
We would depart Orly in Paris at 1010 arriving in Munich 1135. Our connecting flight from Munich to San Diego departs 1220, so we'd have only around 45 minutes to make that connection. Not sure if we'd have to clear German Customs or not (I presume so). I think I've only connected in Germany once (Frankfurt), but it was a very long walk from one flight to the next and a very slow process to go through security again. Not sure if Munich is similar.
LH ORY-MUC 1010-1135. MUC-SAN 1220-1523.
Doable? Seems pretty tight to me, but there really weren't any other good options without spending a lot more points to get what we needed.

Our flight from Orly Paris to MUC was originally scheduled to arrive in Terminal 1 and depart from Terminal 2. But fortunately, I think, it arrived in Terminal 2.
Still, it was a pretty long walk, but we hustled, and despite getting jacked up at passport control for missing a departure stamp in Le Havre, we did make our flight from MUC to SAN. The Munich airport is large, but is well laid out, imo. I think there may have been a slight departure delay, but not by much.

Just a small gripe about Lufthansa.
When I was flying back to Sofia, I checked in via the app and it allowed me to select an emergency exit seat. All good. Bonus I thought. Got to the airport, bags checked no problems. When I went to board I got the dreaded bleep from the scanner. Turned out that I was to be reseated to another seat. Funny thing was that my original seat was not occupied during the flight.
Is this sort of thing common?
