Where have you seen a SEN luggage tag ?

Unbelievable, but yesterday I made a mountain hiking and I have seen a guy with a backpack, where a SEN luggage tag was stuck.

Do you have also seen luggage tags on other items than a luggage/bag ?

A friend of my father's has one of his SEN tags on his golf bag.

It does make sense though - he travels with it very often.

Could have been me, except that I was skiing in bariloche yesterday

Seriously, I often travel with a backpack, and thus always have name tags on them. At least one of my rucksacks has a SEN tag attached currently.

Ditto -- although it's an old tag, since I lost SEN this year

I'm using backpacks even when flying, so a name tag should not be missing.

When using my LH-Holiday-Collection backpack, I always put my BAEC Gold nametag on it ... some people watching this seem a bit irritated

The strange part is that the tag is supposed to be used for your checked luggage, but it seems a lot of people put it on their handluggage

I think that lots of people just put it on their cabin luggage (i.e. laptop bags, briefcase, etc.) for showing their status to everybody else...

I don't like it at all. I only put it on my checked luggage...

nothing beats a guy I've seen on ZRH-VIE in May, having two black plastic Swiss HON cards without the leather cover attached to his carry-on backpack

Hmm, some people put it onto their carry-on's in the hopes that they wont get hassled when bringing it on board together with a notebook bag (1 piece rule). Makes sense? Like it or not is of course an indiviual point of view.

Pathetic...

For some people the status and showing off with it seems to cover for shortcomings in their private life. They probably have to go and see the shrink when they loose their status.

Next step is to use the tags as earrings. You get two, after all. Then really everybody will notice...
